Background

Onboarding is an essential component of an employee’s time at a company. It introduces the organization’s mission and culture, provides vital information, and sets the tone for the rest of their time at the job.

I collaborated with another writer to develop an onboarding template. We researched topics most common to onboarding and created interactive lessons users can adapt with their own content. We also wrote content to guide and inspire developers.

Results

In 2022, “New Employee Onboarding” was the top imported template and the second-most published template among Articulate 360 users.
